Customer Support Form

The best and fastest way to get answers to your reflux questions and get support is to join the message boards. We at InfantRefluxDisease.com care very much about our visitors and want to help as much as we can. We work very hard to reply to your questions and concerns; however, because of the sheer volume we are currently receiving, regrettably at this time, we can not guarantee a response to everyone. Here are some tips to help save time (both ours and yours):

  • Review the website thoroughly. There is likely already an answer to your question somewhere on the site. The site map is a great place to start, also visit the treatments page, the article on steps to improve reflux and FAQ's.
  • Provide as much information as possible about any medications, treatments, tests and/or procedures your child may have had.
  • Provide your child's age and complete list of symptoms, as well as, details about any complications (eg. failure to thrive, apnea, etc) your child may be experiencing from their reflux.
  • Let us know of any other conditions or diseases your child may have in addition to the reflux.
